A car rental company, faced challenges in managing
reservations, tracking vehicle availability, and handling
maintenance records efficiently. Their existing process relied
heavily on manual updates, leading to scheduling conflicts and
missed maintenance checks. Our goal was to develop a system
that would automate these processes and improve overall
business efficiency

What we did
We developed a custom software solution that provided
real-time fleet tracking, allowing staff to check vehicle
availability instantly. An automated booking system was
implemented, eliminating the risk of double bookings and
ensuring seamless customer reservations. Additionally, we
integrated maintenance tracking, alerting staff when a vehicle
required servicing to keep the fleet in top condition.
